High-Performance Marketing
Batteries Included

Companies bring us in when marketing spend and business results stop matching up. We audit the systems, fix what is broken, build what is missing, and hand it over ready to run

Signal Over Noise

Most marketing dashboards look great. Traffic is up. Engagement is growing. But ask whether any of it actually made money and the room gets quiet. We skip the vanity metrics, find what is genuinely driving revenue, and put the systems in place to keep it working. We tie our compensation directly to the deliverables. You pay for what gets done, not how long it takes

How We Work

Audit, diagnose, fix, leave. Every engagement follows the same structure because the structure works. The handoff is not an afterthought. It is the entire point

01

The Audit

We start by listening. Then we stop listening and look at the actual systems. Sales channels, marketing mix, budget allocation, tech stack, team structure. Leadership usually has a good read on what feels wrong. The data tells us whether they are right and, more often, what they are missing.

The Audit

Data does not lie, but it is rarely organized in a way that tells you anything useful. We strip the metrics down to the numbers that actually matter: what does it cost to acquire a customer, what is that customer worth over time, and what is the real margin after everything is counted. This is where "we think it is working" turns into "here is exactly where the money is going."

The Reality Check

This is where the work happens. We rebuild the tech stack, restructure the channel mix, and connect the systems that need to talk to each other. We do not hand you a strategy deck and wish you luck. We define what needs to be built, oversee the build, and make sure it actually works. Part of that means looking at the team. Not to cut people, but to figure out whether the right people are in the right roles with the right tools.

The Fix

This is the step most consultancies skip or rush through. It is the only step that matters. We document the playbooks, train your team, and hand over a system they can actually run without us. If we designed it right, you should not need to call us again. That is the goal. It has always been the goal.

The Handoff

The Capabilities

We do not sell hours. We sell finished work. Whether you need someone to overhaul the whole operation or fix one specific system, this is what we actually do

Fractional Leadership

We step in as CMO, CRO, or COO when you need an experienced operator but not a full-time salary. Stabilize the team, set the direction, build the systems. The role is interim by design. The goal is to make the position either unnecessary or ready for a permanent hire.

Revenue Diagnostics

We pull apart the numbers to find where revenue is actually leaking. Customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, channel attribution, real margins after everything is counted. Most companies know something is off. We find exactly what and exactly how much.

Stack Modernization

Your marketing tools should talk to your finance data. They usually do not. We audit the current stack, cut what is not earning its cost, and rebuild the connections so the systems actually share information. The right tool is the one that solves the problem, not the one with the best sales team.

Channel Strategy

Paid, organic, retention. Most companies lean too hard on one channel and panic when that channel changes the rules. We build a mix that does not collapse when a platform changes its algorithm or raises its prices. The question is never which channel is best. It is which combination costs the least to maintain.

Brand & Content Systems

A brand needs a system, not just a content calendar. We build the editorial workflows, production processes, and promotional schedules that turn campaigns into repeatable operations. Website, social, email. All connected, all running without someone having to remember what comes next.

Customer Retention

One-time buyers are expensive. Repeat customers are where the money is. We map the full customer journey, find where people drop off, and build the email, loyalty, and lifecycle programs that bring them back. The goal is to get more value from the customers you already paid to acquire.

AI & Knowledge Implementation

AI bolted onto a process you do not understand makes the process faster and the mistakes bigger. We integrate AI and orchestration where it amplifies the team, then build the knowledge base underneath so context survives across people, projects, and tools. The goal is not headcount reduction. It is compounding what the team already knows.

Marketing Execution

Strategy decks do not run paid search. We take the execution layer end-to-end — paid search, paid social, calendar management, campaign operations — when you need senior operators in the seat, not advice from the sidelines. The work runs whether your team is at full strength or stretched.

The DETGAAO Difference

Most agencies rent you their results. We build the system so you own it

DetGaao
  • We look at the bottom line first, not just top-line revenue.
  • We document the playbooks and train your team to run them.
  • We follow the math. If ads are not working, we cut them.
  • We define the specifications and oversee the build. Strategy means nothing without execution.
  • We build the system and hand you the keys.
  • We manage the build of what we design. Strategy, execution, and handoff, all connected.

Other Agencies

  • Tends to optimize for top-line growth without tracking whether it is actually profitable.
  • The knowledge stays with the agency, not with your team.
  • Tends to recommend the channels that drive their own margin.
  • Great theory, but often falls apart during actual execution.
  • The engagement is structured to create ongoing dependency.
  • Strategy decks rarely survive first contact with execution teams who were not in the room.
